The Yangzhou Lifeline Monitoring Project is a crucial component of the first phase of the Yangzhou Urban Lifeline Safety Engineering, with a total investment of 149 million yuan. The project is based on the concept of “comprehensive supervision + intelligent monitoring,” strategically deploying millimeter-wave radar at key facilities such as bridges. Millimeter-wave radar can penetrate complex environments, enabling high-precision real-time monitoring of parameters like bridge displacement and deformation, with millimeter-level accuracy capable of detecting subtle changes.
The project employs millimeter-wave radar to achieve high spatial resolution and sub-millimeter deformation measurement accuracy, enabling non-contact, high-precision real-time monitoring of bridge deflection at critical locations. Monitoring points are strategically deployed at key bridge nodes based on representativeness, symmetry, and operability principles. The radar can penetrate adverse weather conditions, ensuring uninterrupted data collection around the clock. Through intelligent algorithm processing and analysis, it accurately tracks bridge deflection changes, providing essential technical support for safety and quality control in bridge construction.
